Schedule: Fridays, 1-3pm, Oct. 27th, Nov. 3rd and 17th
Instructor: Jennifer Swan and Lauren Monroe
Students will learn pencil, charcoal, and ink drawing techniques while studying the structure and anatomy of living things from the natural world. Using natural artifacts and anatomical charts and pictures, students will study ratio, proportion, texture and shading, using a scientific and artistic approach. On the final class students will choose 3-4 drawings to transfer to a digital graphic for use in future art or screen printing projects.
